We worked with DJ and Elizabeth from Diamond Homes and I would highly recommend them.

We first bought our new home, and Elizabeth stuck with us despite the fact that we were trying to navigate a difficult buying market. She worked with us well longer than I expected until we could find the right house, in the right location, at the right price. Elizabeth showed exceptional patience which allowed us to find the perfect home. We never once felt pressured to just make an offer, or make an offer higher than the market just to get a sale for her.

We used DJ to sell our existing home, and quickly saw the difference between what he offered and the competition. DJ clearly did a more thorough job investigating the market, as well as identifying the right price. Every other realtor we met with recommended a sales price about 5% less than DJ, and we were certainly nervous going with a higher price because we were worried the home would not sell. Not only was DJ correct, but we actually sold for over listing.

It was clear that marketing and sales of homes is not just a side project for DJ. He actively contacted anyone who saw the home, identified any concerns they had, and helped to bridge the gap with them. DJ actively drove the sales process, and I’m convinced that is what got us over asking in less time than I was expecting.

I would certainly recommend using Diamond Homes based on my experience. Both DJ and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with.
